This consciousness raising and transformative process is both profound and practical. Incorporating universal spiritual philosophy and transpersonal psychological principles, it is holistic in its approach and systematic in its ability to integrate spirit, mind and body. In helping to create the awareness of one's harmonious, whole self and providing beneficial results for the practitioner in everyday life, it has particular relevance for today's spiritual seeker.

It is based on the following principles:
     * We are first and foremost spiritual beings.
     * We possess a spark of the Divine.
     * Mind is the builder and bridge between the spiritual and the physical.
     * We become what we hold as an image/awareness of ourselves in mind.
     * In applying what we know to be right in everyday life we advance and grow.

Through a series of individually taught sessions one develops the ability to consciously and constructively use one's creative mental abilities, to function more fully in present time, to develop positive attitudes and emotions and to experience, perhaps for the first time in one's life, one's authentic, integrated self.

An integral part of the process involves learning to apply this elevated and expanded consciousness to the conditions and circumstances of one's life so as to more harmoniously and effectively solve conflicts, resolve issues, improve one's state of health and wellbeing and proceed to better utilize life's many opportunities.

Through this process a causative, creative and co-operative relationship is established between the higher and the lower, the inner and the outer, the sacred and the secular.

The process allows the individual to develop at his or her own pace and fosters personal responsibility in accord with sound spiritual and psychological principles.
This course is taught through a series of individual sessions.
